Four stages of life i.e Brahmacharya , Grihastha , Vanaprastha and Sannyasa .
Four directions i.e North, East, West, South. Let goodness flow from all 4 directions. Four Vedas of Hindusim. Four Varnas i.e Brahman, Kshatriya, Vaishya and Shudra.
Swastika is used in many cultures worldwide
It is one of the oldest cross symbols in the world. Whereas the invention or discovery of the swastika is not known, the symbol is used not only in Hinduism but also Jainism, Buddhism, has been found in ancient churches across the world, US structures, French planes, Israel and so on.
When in World War, Adolf Hitler used look alike swastika as a part of Nazi’s flag and the swastika was considered in negative sense as a symbol of hate. But this was only a temporary phase as the symbol used by Nazi was "Hakenkreuz" (Hooked Cross) and not Swastika.
In Hinduism, the clockwise swastika is one of the 108 symbols of Hindu Lord Vishnu, symbol of sun and moon. The anticlockwise swastika called , represents goddess Kali.
In Buddhism, the swastika is a symbol of good fortune, prosperity, abundance and eternity. It is directly related to Buddha and can be found carved on statues on the soles of his feet or his heart. It is believed to contain Buddha’s mind.
In Christianity, it often is used as a curved version of Cross and is widely visible in ancient churches of Roman and Golthic eras.
Science is not far behind in this symbol. The famous mathematics concept of Fibonacci and golden ratio are inbuilt in swastika.
Keep the swastika symbol in your home, office and personal belongings for good life and luck.
