  • Decide your one goal each towards all the four major areas of your life (Mind, Body, Relationship, and Finance) with a pre-defined timeline for completion.
  • Jot down in the template provided.
  • Take a print/email of the filled template and keep at a place approachable.
  • By merely looking at it and you shall remember your detailed goals.
  • For more effectiveness: Read these goals everyday at least twice a day -
    1. First thing you get up in the morning while still being in the bed. (Read calmly Inside your mind)
