How you empower rural artisans?
We transform traditional and ancient wisdom into design, spend time with artisans to educate and train them, transform their making without impairing their iconic methods & practices, so that you can get genuine handicraft with utilitarian value of your choice.
Can we meet your artisans?
We are sharing our backstage life time to time so that you can be updated about what and how we are doing our transformation. If you are interested in more of our backstage life or to meet our artisans, please reach us with a short note. We will try for inviting you in any of our artisan gathering.
Are all your products handcrafted?
There are few add-ons and accessories like buttons, buckles or some add-ons which are not handcrafted. In case we are selling it as separate unit, we are not keeping them in handcrafted collection.
Do I have to pay extra for personalization of existing products?
No, for minor iterations like adding your name, changing colors of the existing products (from our color codes) etc. you do not have to shell any extra cost for this.
Can you undertake extensive customization or design new product for me?
Yes, we can! We can even transform wisdom from your roots too! You may leave a note to us with what you want to transform and little background about it. We will come back to you and will be happy to transform & customize product for you subject to, it is in line with our values and you are willing to bear cost of transformation/making.
Is customization cost payable by me?
Yes, we charge for designing and sampling. The design and sampling cost is subject to adjustment in subsequent orders in case of bulk buy.
Do you take additional time to personalize/ customize product?
Yes, and it depend upon product to product and of course quantity of product you are ordering.
Can you change product packaging for me?
As a policy, we try to create minimalist and reusable packaging where ever possible. We request our buyers also to encourage & promote this cause. However, we can customise packaging along with product for our bulk buyers.

What forms of payment do you accept?
allmyCraft uses PayUMoney payment gateway which accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit/debit cards, UPI, netbanking, various payment wallets RuPay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, PhonePay etc.
Is this safe to shop?
Yes! We take all the necessary measures to safeguard our customers. Our website is SSL certified and we use third party secure payment gateway to keep you safe while shopping. We do not sell or spam with your personal information like email, phone number and address. We have our clear privacy policy suggested to read before you visit and shop from our website.
I got an error while placing an order, what should I do?
Please check your bank account details to see if the amount has been deducted, if yes then the amount will be credited back to your bank account within 7 business days by your bank. If the amount is not credited back even after 7 working days and your bank informs you it‘s an error from merchants (i.e allmycraft‘s) end, please send us an email with the error message and the transactions details to orders@allmycraft.com. If the amount is transferred to our account we will refund the money back within 7 business days.
Do you deliver all over India?
We ship all over in India preferably using India Post or in some exceptional cases with other reputed courier partners.
Does allmyCraft deliver internationally?

You may please write to us at info@allmycraft.com for customization/ bulk enquiry. Orders will be shipped via India Post and their international delivery partners.
Does allmyCraft offer Cash on Delivery?
No. We are not offering Cash on delivery at this point of time.
What are the available shipping speeds?
We take great care in delivering our handcrafted products to you. The products mentioned on the website are readily available and are generally dispatched within 2 working days of placing order. We partner with reputed national delivery partners. Our delivery partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between 7 working days (exclude public holidays and Sundays) within India. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our delivery partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
Other customized orders may take longer period, this information would be given to the customer beforehand at the time of making the payment.
How can I check the status of my order?
As soon as you place an order, confirmation email will be sent to you. Once the item is dispatched, we will send an email or sms/whatsapp with the tracking id and other details.
What do I do if I don't receive my order after the said business days?
This normally is not possible. But still due to unavoidable reasons if you do not receive the ordered items within the above specified days please send us an email with your order details and payment details to orders@allmycraft.com. One of our customer support representatives will contact you through email or over the phone and will help you to resolve your issue.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel the order only if it is not shipped by dropping a mail to orders@allmycraft.com. If the order has been shipped then unfortunately you cannot cancel that order. In that case you can return/exchange product once it reaches you.
Can I return/exchange the order after receiving?
In case you have received the wrong product, the product does not match your order, or
in case you have received any damaged product. Please send us an email to orders@allmycraft.com mentioning your order number, along with the photo of the damaged item within 24 hours when the package was delivered to you. Once mail is acknowledged from allmyCraft you may then send it back to us (within 10 days of acknowledged mail for return from allmyCraft) for a similar exchange/full refund (including return shipping incurred by you).
If you change your mind, or wish to return an unwanted gift, please contact orders@allmycraft.com as we would love to help you exchange or refund your purchase if returned within 15 days of delivery. There are a few things to note: the return shipping isn't covered and refunds shall be sent to the original purchaser's account.
In all the above conditions, all items must be returned in original condition, unused, undamaged and in the original allmyCraft's packaging (including the allmyCraft's label, story cards etc). Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit back to us. Please note that Exchange or Refund facility is available for deliveries made within India only.
How long will it take for the refund?
In case of order cancellation: After we get a cancellation request, we will stop the shipment of the items and we will initiate the refund within 1-2 business days. Mail confirmation of refund details shall be sent to you by allmyCraft.
In case of return of order: Once we receive back the products in original condition and in the original allmyCraft's packaging, we will initiate the refund within 1-2 business days of receiving the return. Mail confirmation of refund details shall be sent to you by allmyCraft.
In both the cases, once the refund has been processed it will take 7 business days to reflect in your account. If you still haven't received your refund, please check with your payment mode. Depending on the bank sometimes it will take longer to reflect the refunded amount.
Where will I get the refund amount?
Refund (if any) shall be reflected in the same payment mode that you used to make the payment.
Our products are covered by an 18 months warranty from the day you purchased them, when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended. Try not to over stuff your allmyCraft product or put things in there that don't belong (like sharpen objects etc). If you do put more cards in there than recommended, things can stretch out of shape and put undue stress on the stitching and other materials.
This warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship and doesn't apply if damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect, normal wear and tear, or if you change your mind.
In order to make a warranty claim, you need to have purchased your allmyCraft product through our website or one of our authorized re-sellers, and you must provide proof of purchase.
The allmyCraft warranty sits alongside applicable consumer protection law.
How do I make a claim?
Please mail to orders@allmycraft.com with your order details and a description of the fault or damage. Including photographs of any fault, this helps a lot in speeding up claims.
Clean
1. Use a soft brush to remove dust particles from the crevices of the leather.
2. Dip cloth into the mentioned solution and wipe gently (Solution- Mild cleaning solution such as Dettol / mild face wash and clean water mixed in a ratio of 1:10 )
Moisturize
Any mild body lotion/natural oil such as coconut oil / leather cream, dabbed on clean cloth and rubbed on leather in circular motion. Always do a patch test before, on the base or insides of the bag/wallet.
Store
Store it in a clean, dry, cotton bag at airy place. With corners of the item stuffed with newspaper to retain its shape.
Store
Wooden handicrafts can "heat stroke" in the direct sunlight and be cracked. It is therefore advised, not to keep exposed for long in sunlight, humid or in the window. Avoid direct air conditioning blow to your wooden articles.
Clean
Do not wipe with a wet towel. Daily use clean gauze or cotton towels to wipe dust.

PRICING
Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website, whether in Foreign Currency or Indian Rupees represents the full price of the product including the taxes. Shipping charges are separately charged as specified in the Shipping and Delivery Policy.
With respect to items sold on www.allmycraft.com, we charge your credit/debit card before your order has entered the shipping process. For any reason if we are not able to ship you products as per your order, we will intimate you electronically and refund the value of the products not available. Any additional Shipping Fees, if applicable, will also be refunded back.
