YIN-YANG
Yin Yang represents the concept of opposites existing together in harmony.
According to Chinese philosophy, Yin Yang depicts how opposite forces are mutually dependants and interconnected in nature and actual harmony exists only when these opposite forces are combined and in sync.
One element shall always be yin or yang in comparison with the other and one cannot exist without another. i.e shadow can not exist without light, night is replaced with day etc.
Yin Yang are continuously changing and merging into each other in a kaleidoscope like movement.
The symbol thus denotes the cyclical changes and the dots within each other indicate that within each is hidden the seed of the other.
Yin is characterised by feminine aspects whereas yang by masculine. Light colours are yin, dark colours are yang.

Yin Yang within Human body
Our internal organs are divided into yin yang. The yin organs include kidney, liver, heart, spleen and lungs which are cooling whereas other organs are energising.
Excess of yin results in accumulation of fluids in the body and excess of yang results in fever.
Yin yang reminds us that life is a balancing act and most fulfilling when we learn to embrace its dualities and the only thing which is constant is in fact Change!
Sacred Geometry- Fibonacci
In the Fibonacci Series, each number is the sum of the previous two, starting from 0 and 1. Therefore, the series looks like this: 0, 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, 55, and so on.
The ratio of consecutive Fibonacci numbers approaches the ‘golden ratio’ or phi = 1.618. (In mathematics, two quantities are in the golden ratio if their ratio is the same as the ratio of their sum to the larger of the two quantities; that is, (a+b)/a = a/b; if a is larger than b).
Visually this creates a swirling pattern as the sequence goes on..
Pattern on the conch, arrangement of leaves on a stem, branching in trees, sunflower, shape of galaxies, even human body structures and DNA along with the arrangement of piano keys all depict Fibonacci sequence.
